President Zhang Zhengao met with president Xiang Wenbo of Sanyi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
President Zhang Zhengao, vice president Wang Lin and CFO Peng Bihong met with Xiang Wenbo, Board director of Sanyi Group and president of Sanyi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in Beijing on July 11. Both sides made exchanges and consensus on strengthening strategic cooperation in machinery trade, real estate development, “going outside” policy and mixed-ownership economy.
President Zhang indicated that Sanyi, a well-known and outstanding machinery private company, and Poly, a key state-owned enterprise enjoyed sound cooperative foundation and willingness, on the basis of which they had very strong cooperative potentials. He also hoped that Sanyi could continue to support Poly’s development, broaden cooperative fields and rise up cooperative level to realize a reciprocal cooperation.
President Xiang Wenbo agreed with president Zhang’s opinion and wished to deepen strategic cooperation on the basis of previous successful cooperation. He thought that Poly and Sanyi were both featuring strong profitability, deep marketization and strong sense of responsibility although they enjoyed deferent systems of ownership.
