Chairman Xu Niansha met with MBA students from Yale University

Chairman Xu Niansha met with 23 MBA students from Yale University led by Professor Chen Zhiwu on March 14. They exchanged views on Chinese economic development, real estate industry and overseas expansion strategy of Poly Group.
Chairman Xu welcomed the delegation first and introduced Poly’s business scope of real estate as well as cultural and art works operation. He made a presentation of “Chinese Real Estate Market and Poly’s Real Estate Business Introduction”, through which, he mentioned that in order to promote the globalization of Poly’s real estate business, Poly had been keeping in frequent touch with foreign famous companies and institutions with US ones included to find cooperative opportunities; he also wished to learn managing experience and business models from them to upgrade Poly’s sustainable development and marketing competitiveness. Chairman Xu also exchanged views with the students on some real estate questions later.
