Chairman Xu Niansha paid an inspection to real estate projects in Guangdong.
Chairman Xu Niansha attended the working conference of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. for the first half year of 2013 and made a speech from July 19 to 20. After that, he inspected real estate projects in Foshan and Guangzhou, making a thorough study of the construction and sales status of concerned projects.
When visiting Poly East Gulf in Foshan, chairman Xu greatly affirmed the developing mode of “city compound” as well as the sales target of 9 billion yuan within 3 years and realization of 4 billion yuan sales volume for the first half year of 2013. He emphasized on seizing opportunities to further develop the new city of Foshan.
In addition, chairman Xu also inspected real estate projects in Guangzhou. For the project of “Tianyue”, which was a model for the renovation of the villages in the urban areas, chairman Xu visited the photos exhibition, Tianyue club and the sand table, then affirmed the overall planning, the development progress and construction quality of the project.
