Poly Group convened the first Session of the Second Board of Directors
Poly Group convened the first Session of the second Board of Directors in New Poly Plaza of Beijing on July 8, 2013. The following proposals had been examined and approved on the conference: “Proposal of the adjustment of the working staff of special commissions of Board of Directors” , “Proposal of performance appraisal quota of year 2013 of main subsidiaries”, “Proposal of the business performance appraisal of the head of China Poly Group Corporation(amended in 2013)”. It also made a discussion on the follow-up work of the Board of Directors.
The conference was presided by Chairman Xu Niansha, Directors attending the conference included Zhang Zhengao, Wang Xiaochao, Kong Lingjian, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, Xu Donggen and Xu Lipeng. Representatives of the Supervisory Board of SASAC, the management and heads of related departments of Poly Group also attended the conference.
The first Session of the Commission for Salary and Appraisal of the second Board of Directors had pre-examined the concerned proposals before the meeting.
