On June 19, the meeting for leading group change was held to announce the decision of the committee of CPC of SASAC for changing the leading group of China Poly Group Corporation. Studied and decided by the committee of CPC of SASAC, Xu Niansha was appointed to be chairman of the Board directors of Poly Group and Party secretary of CPC committee of Poly Group; Chen Hongsheng was removed from office as chairman of the Board directors of Poly Group and Party secretary of CPC committee of Poly Group. Song Yachen, the official from SASAC announced the decision and made an address. Leaders of Poly Group including Chen Hongsheng, Xu Niansha and Zhang Zhengao addressed respectively on the meeting. Top management of Poly Group, outside directors, department directors of the headquarters and leaders from main subsidiaries attended the meeting.
