Poly Property Group Co., Ltd. gained Class 1 qualification of real estate development with the approval of Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural development on Jan. 21, 2013.
Since its taking real estate industry as the main scope of the company in 2006, Poly Property Group Co., Ltd. had become one of the two real estate development platforms within Poly Group. After a few years’ rapid development, its business scattered more than 20 national cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Wuhan with the total built-up area of 30.71 million square meters of 58 projects. The sales area and contract signing value both ranked top 20 of national companies which had gained marketing affirmation and increased the market shares.
Being qualified as Class No. 1 of real estate development also showed the affirmation from the government, which, had laid a good foundation to the company’s further stable and sustained development.
